  • Check with a ruler

    Hold a ruler on the shin, 3–4 fingers below the knee. The guard should end at least 3 cm above the ankle.

  • Between two sizes?

    Take the smaller one. A guard that touches the ankle or knee gets in the way when you run.

  • Not sure?

    Message us on Instagram with the player's height and age and we will tell you which size to choose.

Why I started MyShin

Football has been with me for as long as I can remember. First in the neighbourhood until late at night, then in a team, then in front of the TV with friends. The matches, the dressing room and the people around the game are part of who I am.

Shin guards were always the part of the kit nobody thinks about. You just put them on and walk onto the pitch. I wanted them to tell a story: your favourite player, the number you grew up with, or a photo with your child.

That is how MyShin was born. For me it is a way to be close to football every day and to help every player step onto the pitch with their own story.
